100% nice out

Ok so activity has been lacking today, however it is sunny and warm and i relaxed, also didn't do so well yesterday but hey it's the weekend and i still feel good about myself which is the important part in the long run, Dean is out there washing the car, and i got alot of sun so am indoors for now cooling off, I have a feeling my chest is burnt. I also was in shorts which is a change becuase i am usually to uncomfortable in them. So I think friends are comming for a BBQ and to chill which should be fun. Tommorw we have a bike ride planned and i am excited about that. I am going to aim for 6K. I love biking so much better than running. I would however like to go for a walk maybe this eveing just to get some activity in, we will see what the night brings!

feeling better, wedding stress is starting though

Well I said we bought bikes and I am way more a biker then I am a runner. We went for a nice 5K ride and it was nice, and I can say I had fun. Unlike running where I didn't have fun. I can say I am getting more energy back, I have started eating healthy again and am excited to do so, I am also trying to exersize more often, so hopefully it will all work out well.

As for the wedding, well i am starting to feel some anxiety which is to be excpected i guess, but it's still stressful, we are printing out our invites today and that was a bit stressfull, with them not working properly and what not. But its getting done. My Wedding dress is in and that is very exciting, so now i just need to go try it on and see how it fits, and then work my way into making it look better!

Low Iron and B12????

Ok so about a month ago I went to the Doctor, got some bloodwork done and today finally had my follow up appointment with her. Come to fine out my Iron is about 50% less then it should be and my B12 is about 7 pts lower then it should be. So now I have to got on supplements to increase them. So I will go on supplements for now but am going to track my food again and make a huge effort to increase my intake of these vitamins.

Also I will track my food again. We have moved and I haven't tracked a thing in like probably 2 months. It may be rough but I need to do this again and lose this weight. I have a wedding coming up and am so not impressed with my weight loss, or weight maintenance is more like it.

Me and Dean bought some bikes and are looking forward to doing some biking across our area. My only fear is that my knees don't bother me too much, but I definitely think this will be better than the running since that isn't working at all.

So here is luck to me about all this new crap.
